As CEO of the Ohio State Medical Association and Executive Director of the Ohio Ophthalmological Society, he directed all aspects of organizational operations, including advocacy, membership, communications, finance, governance, and strategic planning.

Todd has served on numerous state and national committees, task forces, and advisory groups, including the American Medical Association Litigation Center and the American Academy of Ophthalmology Membership Task Force. Alongside managing daily operations, he has testified before legislative committees and delivered keynote presentations at professional education forums across the local, state, and national levels.
